Who we are

Syncercise is operated by ImClever Consulting LLC ("Syncercise," "we," or "us"). Privacy questions can be sent to info@imcleverconsulting.com. This policy is governed by the laws of California, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, password metadata, and role.
• Studio, member, family, guardian, instructor, and contact records.
• Booking and registration details, including date of birth where a studio requests it.
• Waiver signatures, emergency contacts, and custom fields such as health information when configured by a studio.
• Payment and billing identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Syncercise.
• Communications, unsubscribe preferences, support messages, and operational logs.
• Technical information needed for authentication, security, session management, and service operation.

How we use information

We use information to provide studio management, membership, scheduling, booking, billing, communications, authentication, support, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement. Studios control much of the member data entered into their Syncercise workspace and may have their own privacy obligations.

Service providers

Depending on the features enabled by a studio, we use service providers including Supabase for hosting and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Quo for SMS, OpenAI-compatible services for optional staff assistance, and Bunny Stream for hosted media. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing.

Retention, rights, and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual, accounting, security, and legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete information may be sent to info@imcleverconsulting.com. Requests involving a studio-managed record may also need to be directed to that studio.

The applicable legal basis, international transfer language, age restrictions, and retention periods should still be confirmed by counsel for the final version of this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current application uses necessary authentication/session cookies and limited UI preference storage. No advertising or analytics tracker is intentionally loaded by the current application. If nonessential analytics or advertising is introduced, it should be deferred until the required consent is obtained.
